Charlie & Henry at Camelot Furniture are fantastic when I was ringing around for quotes Henry was the only one to phone me back straight away I already had an adjustable bed but the other companies wanted to come to show me what for more useless information. Charlie & Henry are on the ball & are very accommodating to your needs excellent all round service the chaps who delivered my bed from knocking on my door to leaving was an hour & in that time the bed was put together incredible all in all

Richard at ABC went above and beyond to be helpful in regards to my questions with absolutely no pressure on my behalf to enter into any purchase and there was no upselling. The lead times were fantastic- I had my bed within 3 weeks. The delivery guys were so friendly, incredibly efficient and super helpful. I would absolutely recommend ABC beds.

I found the service very good. The lady in the office was really good but i found getting hold of her difficult. Everyone was very helpful. The bed has made a difference and i no longer get backache.

The bed was delivered but unfortunately it was the wrong colour and material, however, this did not affect the completion time and they dealt with things very well. They did a good job.

What i liked about McCarthy is i was able to do every on the telephone and there was no hard sell. They sent samples for headboards to my address and went the extra mile. Just brilliant. Got exactly what i wanted.

They were late installing by 3 days and rang up on morning to say there was a tool missing and they wouldn`t be coming.The bed didn`t work correctly and the manufacturer had to come out. The bed had been wired incorrectly and there was loads of debris left under bed. Very disappointed.The Installers should be a lot tidier and more considerate. The bed in the end was really good.

I found the company very helpful and they were in constant contact with me but not in an aggressive marketing way. My bed was bespoke and handmade to my specifications. They were very helpful and Henry was great. I have already recommended them. I can`t praise them highly enough.

Incredibly helpful, really good in terms of advice and also gave us information where to get bedding and accessories. The bed is for myself and my disabled husband and the company mad it low to the ground to make it easier for him. I have a back condition and used to sleep in a chair so now i get a great night`s sleep. Louise was great and not pushy at all. We were very pleased with the whole experience.

i`m currently speaking to cromwell mobility regarding a fault with them bed - the man advised me i would have to pay for any repairs even though i have only had the bed since june. He got quite angry with me and was very rude, i`am currently seeking advice on my next step and contacting them in writing in hope for a better outcome.
