Without metal brackets to hold the mattress on the bed, the mattress can slide off the bed, with the person still on it, on the floor, and possibly unable to get up. Twice, the pumps which raise the bed, or lower it, and which keep the mattress even on both sides, have needed to be replaced. If one side is not replaced, leaving just one pump working, the mattress slants, & the person can find the unevenness tilts them to one side of the bed, causing additional pain, and difficulty sleeping.

Wasn't able to buy one as I live on my own so couldn't have anybody come to my house.
A couple of weeks turn around and lads that fitted the bed did a good job and cleaned up after themselves.,
I felt coerced in to buying my second bed with a mattress that creeps when l use the rise and recline handset. The same with my 3 piece suite with rise and recline armchair which is uncomfortable, too narrow and has no seat cushions to turn over. I was also talked into buying a massage mat that is now stuck in my wardrobe. Not a happy customer after spending a large amount of money.

Can’t move bed
The bed takes a little while to get used to but after a while it’s great. It is a little noisy on no carpeted floors which is its only downfall. I would recommend this bed to anyone who suffers with their back and sciatica.
Reliability was good however comfort not quite as good as the other bed we bought from them.

I have slept on this bed for two weeks and all it’s done is give me sciatica. I am a disabled person Wheelchair user and what I thought was to be the answer to my dreams has turned out to be a nightmare.. absolutely awful I would definitely not recommend this to a disabled person

Still getting used to my bed ,but I find it is easing my back pain a bit ,plus I don't need loads of pillows to prop myself up to help my COPD, I would recommend this company.
The sales agent was very helpful and professional, the 2 gentlemen who delivered and put up the bed were friendly and showed me how to use the remote control, The only disappointment is that the bed was not put on locking caster so impossible for me move,
Very disappointed in customer service did not turn up on the day bed installed and has not been in touch since

Helpful hint - advise those who are buying a double bed it is best to use single sheets as if one sits up it pulls the double sheet off

I asked for a guide price before the salesman came out , you where unable to provide this , so I bought my bed at Stokers Southport If they had said between £3-£4K for example I would of made an appointment

I can finally get a good night's sleep, best ever so far, very impressed with our new bed, a lot of money but definitely worth it.
We are pleased with the adjustable bed, however we have been advised by the delivery persons with using the old head board was to small in size for the bed. Correct size head board was ordered and delivery is to take place on 19th January 2024. Best wishes

Absolutely love our new bed! We have only had it for two days, delivered and set up all included in price!! The 2 guys that delivered and built the up were very good and explained how everything works !

Due to unforeseen circumstances the mattress was the wrong size and was returned. Sadly the company is not so quick to refund my money and are almost impossible to contact so may have to take further action

As soon as I asked for prices they refused to advise me of any and said that could only tell me that information if I hade a home demostration. I agreed and when they found that I lived in the far North of Scotland I was told that they could not help me even though they advertise that they deliver to all of the UK. That was it, they were just not interested in selling me an Adjustable bed.
The cost is very high
This is the second adjustamatic bed I've owned I think my original bed was 15 yrs old but on its last legs and I'd bought the wrong type of mattress a few years ago anyway I'm delighted with the bed the mechanism is wyfi so no cables, much advanced.

This is a lovely bed but unfortunately not for me, as I have severe nerve sensitivity all along my spine and the bed does not agree with them. I was really disappointed that I couldn’t adapt to the bed and it had to be returned. It’s. Nobody’s fault it is just one of those things that can happen with a disabled person. The bed is being collected today and in someways I will be sorry that it was not for me......... Thanks Sue........
I've had a number of quotes and ppl come to my home..don't like the (I can't tell you the price as its all individually tailored to the customer rubbish)it's jus a ploy to get a salesman to your home..way too much for the average pensioner/handicapped person..over priced and pushy sales people.equals bad reputation and no sales.!.know what I'm talking about was a store manager.!
Not cheap but does everything as in the trial. Very comfortable and I've had good night's sleep.

Very full description of the product(s) and attention to detail by the salesperson. Delivered and installed by two very pleasant and tidy workers. We were kept fully informed by the company all the way and a great follow up after installation. The bed is excellent and up to expectations.
The one thing my bed is missing is somewhere to attach the hand control other than that it is really comfortable and the cycloid therapy is awesome.
Delivered as per promise date. Expertly assembled by friendly competent duo.

I thought it would help with my arthritic hips but it's no different but the bed is comfortable but I do end up sleeping in my chair
Fou nd a problem straight away but had problems getting it sorted. Salesman said if we were not satisfied could return the bed not true. Having to sort problem ourselves and it was a very e xpensive bed . Would not recommend Adjustamatic
Did not get home trial was trying to sell us something we didn't want gave one quote and came back with another which was higher

Excellent service only took a month from order to hand build bed to delivery, The delivery was great they set up and demonstrated the bed controls. These beds are excellent and are ver comfortable and at last now able to have a good night's sleep.
I was contacted by adjustamatic beds and they arranged an appointment to call at our house 2days later. No one turned up and we waited in all day. No one called to apologise or say what happened. We had no way of contacting them. Wouldn’t think of using them now.
Have t received bed yet so this is an assumption
Despite a rep coming to the house to measure up for the bed when it arrived it didn't fit. No apology or update from the company. Order cancelled after 2 days of non communication. Wouldn't recommend
After having the bed for a few months I would say it is not worth the money I paid for it. Other companies with the same spec bed are about £2000 cheaper which is very annoying. Got ripped off slightly.
