I, have experienced improvement in my rest and the oedema is going down. There is a bit of discomfort sitting at the edge of the bed. Learning to use the remote effectively.

The representative was told we would be away on certain dates and said it wouldn't be a problem, however, they tried to deliver while we were away and then rang the day after return to say they were going to deliver it the next day. No way as this was within the dates we gave. Annoyed!!

After four weeks we said we weren’t happy with the bed, we had changed from a super king to a king and gone from a Tempur mattress to two supplied by Willowbrook, when I informed them we weren’t happy and said we would like a replacement minus a super king mattress. They gave us a price of £3500.00 which in our opinion is taking advantage. Is it possible for you to get them to improve the price. David Harlow Thanking you in anticipation
Willowbrook bed is ok. But I made some enquiries with adjustamatic beds and they were a nuisance ! Wouldn’t leave me alone as I was moving house !

Order completed quickly, very happy with delivery. Bed is just what I wanted, should have bought one a long time ago!

From the first phone call, to the bed being delivered and set up. The service was very helpful and friendly.
Very disappointed with bed. Not enough information either at demonstration Or later during phone calls. Have lots of trouble finding bedding to go on a 3ft 6inch bed. - especially if one doesn’t use duvets. Wouldn’t be able to recommend.

Excellent service from start to finish, they were very speedy with any queries that I had. When the bed arrived the team were great, setting the bed up and explaining the functions clearly to my wife. I would highly recommend ??

We had a problem with height of the bed and they forgit the headboard on delivery. However after 1 phone call, they rectified everything. Contact was prompt, service was good, fitters polite. I did contact and give our thanks, as people c9mplain, but don't seem to give thanks when deserved. So thankyou very much Willowbrook.

A home demonstration which was friendly and informative but without a pressurised sales pitch was important to me. A chance to try a sample bed and mattress was also important and it was really good to have a good selection of fabrics to choose from. Timescales were also a factor, plus impressed that the salesman returned to complete the paperwork once I had made a decision, rather than just leave it to a phone conversation with the office at that stage. Have not bought a bed as yet
The bed a king size adjustable double is comfortable and your wife/ partner moving around will not disturb you due to separate mattresses. The only downside is that the bed could be a little longer as you tend to slide down when top half of mattress is in a slightly lifted position. A bit pricey but overall well worth it.
